Returns & Refunds Policy

All Soul & Hands products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. We do not hold inventory, which means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences

When We Will Help

We will offer a free replacement or full refund only if:

  • The item arrives defective (e.g., print error, damaged fabric, manufacturing fault)
  • You received the wrong item (wrong size, design, or color from what you ordered)

How to Submit a Claim

  1. Email us at soulhandsnmind@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
  3. We will review and respond within 3–5 business days

Approved claims will receive either a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. No need to return the item.

Shipping Policy

Orders are printed and dispatched within 2–7 business days after purchase (this is production time, not delivery time).

Estimated delivery times:

  • Kenya & East Africa: 10–20 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days

Tracking information is provided once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
