Refund policy

Because every item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for size issues or change of mind.

What qualifies for a replacement or refund:

  • Defective items (printing errors, damaged goods upon arrival)
  • Incorrect items received (wrong size, design, or product sent)

How to make a claim:

  • Contact us within 14 days of confirmed delivery
  • Email soulhandsnmind@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • We will review and respond within 2–3 business days
  • Approved claims will receive a free replacement or full refund at our discretion

What we cannot accept:

  • Returns due to incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Claims submitted after the 14-day window
