1. General

By accessing and placing an order with Soul & Hands, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these terms. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Soul & Hands.

2. Products & Production

All Soul & Hands products are made to order — we hold no physical inventory. Each piece is printed and fulfilled through our production partner, Printify, upon receiving your order. This means:

Production takes 3–7 business days before shipping
Each item is uniquely produced for you
Slight variations in colour may occur due to screen differences and print processes

3. Sizing & Fit

We strongly encourage you to review our size guide before placing your order. Each product listing includes detailed measurements, fit descriptions (e.g., oversized, cropped, relaxed), and lifestyle imagery to help set accurate expectations. We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect size selections.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Because every item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for size issues or change of mind.

What qualifies for a replacement or refund:

Defective items (printing errors, damaged goods upon arrival)
Incorrect items received (wrong size, design, or product sent)

How to make a claim:

Contact us within 14 days of confirmed delivery
Email soulhandsnmind@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue
We will review and respond within 2–3 business days
Approved claims will receive a free replacement or full refund at our discretion

What we cannot accept:

Returns due to incorrect size selection by the customer
Change of mind after purchase
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Claims submitted after the 14-day window

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped once fulfilled by our production partner
Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days internationally
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
Soul & Hands is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services
Once shipped, delivery addresses cannot be modified

6. Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will have entered production and cannot be cancelled.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and branding associated with Soul & Hands are our exclusive property. You may not reproduce or distribute our designs without written permission.

8. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information solely to process and fulfil your orders. We do not sell or share your data beyond what is necessary for fulfilment (e.g., Printify, shipping carriers).
